This recipe came from a friend.  WARNING it can have a kick to it, and it will leave your breath kickin’ too!  Enjoy!
 
MEAN GREEN CRAVE CRUSHER
This recipe contains healthy fruit, vegetables and fat. With lots of fiber and flavor, it can satisfy many of your cravings. It can be refrigerated or frozen and is easy to make with ingredients found in any grocery store. 
Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil (fiber and flavor)
1 cup fresh spinach (fiber and flavor) 
1/4 c. pine nuts (suppresses hunger)
1/2 green apple, sliced (reduces sugar absorption)
1/4 c olive oil (healthy fat)
2 tbsp. vinegar, any flavor (digestive aid)
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp. salt
*Whole grain crackers (healthy carb)
*Raw vegetables (fiber and crunch) 
Preparation 
* Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor to desired consistency.
* Serve with whole grain crackers or fresh vegetables as a snack.
* Use instead of mayonnaise on sandwiches.
* Toss with whole grain pasta and steamed vegetables as a meal.
