Ah, fall! Everyone’s favorite time of year, with changing leaves, crisp days and bright nights. But ahead lie the holidays…wouldn’t it be nice to start an easy practice that makes you feel better physically and mentally, relieves stress, and can be done at home as well as in class?
Well Nest is offering a Fall Yoga Special for our Absolute Beginner classes on Saturdays. Sign up for three months, September 25 through December 11, and get all 12 classes for only $60! (If you check the class prices at other studios, you’ll see what a bargain that is.)
Absolute Beginners is offered at 10 and 11 a.m. every Saturday, and is designed for people with no yoga background, though others are welcome as well. We concentrate on breathing, stretching, and teaching you to know your own body. Those signed up for the Special can use their classes in either session, even alternating on different weeks if you prefer.
