Our “Absolute Beginners” Well Nest yoga class meets most Saturday mornings at 10:30, and your first class is always free. The benefits of yoga are well-documented and myriad … and yoga is one of the healthiest wellness activities you can bring to your life! If you’ve been curious, but don’t know where to begin, this may be the class for you. If you already know yoga, but want a gentle version that focuses on breathing and stretching, this may be just right for you as well. All you need to bring is yourself.
