| yoga classes About Yoga at Well Nest with teacher Janis Hashe Janis’ training has focused on classical yoga philosophy, which combines mind/body/spirit. Though she applauds the different forms of yoga now available to American students, her own teaching is classic hatha yoga, involving periods of rest between some poses, and allowing each student to progress at his or her own pace. We concentrate on the breath, and re-learning to breathe, and we concentrate on becoming more aware of your own body, and what it is trying to tell you. |
